We had a great experience with the AC team! They were professional, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. What really stood out was how transparent they were, there were no hidden fees, and everything was clearly communicated from the start. Had an issue with my furnace. Not working on a very cold Saturday. Contacted Blue Ox and they sent somebody over to take a look at it. Unfortunately, the part that I needed was not available from the manufacturer until Monday. Got some great advice from the technician on how to keep my house warm. They returned bright and early Monday morning with the proper part. Had me up and running by 10:00 a.m.. great people to work with actually seem to care about my issue and we’re very prompt with all their services. Highly recommended!

Great experience and no gouging.
I had a pretty surprising, emergency issue with part of my boiler. The person who picked up was very accommodating and zeroed in on the issue. Tim, the technician that came by, was thoughtful and thorough and talked me through the whole process with no aggressive upsells like I’ve gotten in other home service situations.
The work was done fast, the price was fair, and my boiler works better than ever.

The furnace in our 1949 home turned out to be installed incorrectly by the previous owner, and even with needing to order additional parts (nothing they could have seen prior to pulling out the previous furnace) he was still able to install our new furnace and get our house up to temp in a timely manner, without any additional charge. Michael was accommodating, professional, personable, and even made friends with our dog. We will absolutely be using Michael and Blue Ox in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

We had Blue Ox H&A come to our home for 1 of 5 quotes on a new furnace/ac install. AJ was amazing! He explained everything in great detail but understandable terms an unknowing person can comprehend. He suggested questions that I should be asking that I wasn’t aware of, educated me on the differences of systems available and was honest about the needs of our home. We appreciated the honest and straightforward service and look forward to using Legendary services for our ongoing needs.

We had a furnace issue recently. A technician came out within a very reasonable amount of time. He explained clearly our issue, and the cause. He made sure we had all the facts including how to reduce the issue in the future. His information was extremely valuable and timely. Our furnace is working smoothly once again.
We have used their service before in a different home and have always had a good experience.
